T3C stands for Texas Child-Centered Care, a full multi-year transformation of the state's foster care system led by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS).
It modernizes foster care by replacing the old Service Level System with 24 clearly defined Service Packages that align a child's specific needs and services with the exact cost of care.
